Colin Jackson to open King’s InterHigh’s new exam centre

By King's InterHigh

Former 110m hurdles double world champion Colin Jackson CBE, will officially open King’s InterHigh’s new Exam Centre in Abergavenny at 2pm on Friday 5th April, 2019.

The centre offers a peaceful, stress-free environment for King’s InterHigh pupils and private candidates to sit exams, and is one of just a few private exam centres across Wales.

We are delighted that Mr Jackson will be there to officially open the centre along with local dignitaries, members of the Wey Education board and King’s InterHigh teachers, parents and pupils.

Mr Jackson, who now works as a BBC athletics pundit, had a glittering career in athletics. An Olympic silver medallist in 1988, he is a two-time Commonwealth champion and four-time European champion. He also held the world record for the 110m hurdles for over 12 years in a time of 12.91 seconds.
