Attendence is recorded so we can infrom parents of any absenses and keep a close eye on all of our students. Parents can amend attendance through our parent portal. This can be done in advance or historical absences can be amended.
The enrolment process takes 3 working days to complete once all steps on the enrolment dashboard are complete (this includes the final step which is payment). You will then be passed onto our fantastic customer service team who will build the students account, timetable and sent your login credentials via email to access the platform. We hold inductions for new starters on a Monday to Friday. If you are planning to start further into the future, we will not be able to build the students timetable until the half term holidays before the start date.

Once all six steps are complete including payment you will be passed onto our fantastic customer service team who will send across your child’s login credentials via email.
No, we do not require any documentation from your previous school, unless joining the IB Diploma. However, you are more than welcome to upload any documentation you think would be useful for our teaching staff to see.

Annual contract – Withdrawal at the end of an academic year
If you do not wish for your child to continue to the next academic year with us, you can withdraw them and terminate this Agreement with effect from the end of the last day of the summer term. Please make sure to provide at least one half term’s notice. This means that we must receive your notice before the first day of the second half of the Summer Term.
If we don’t receive your notice by this date, you will become liable to pay the fees for the first term of the following academic year less the balance of your deposit after deduction of any sums due and owing to King’s InterHigh.
Annual contract – Withdrawal at the end of Autumn or Spring Term
If you wish to withdraw your child during the academic year, you must do so by providing King’s InterHigh with at least one full term’s notice (for example, if you wish to withdraw at the end of the Autumn term we must receive your notice no later than day before the start of the Autumn term). If we receive notice before the first day of the term, you will receive a refund of your deposit less any sums due and owing to King’s InterHigh. If we do not receive at least a term’s notice, you will become immediately liable to pay fees for the next term less the balance of your deposit after deduction of any sums due and owing to King’s InterHigh. If you want to terminate the Agreement, please send King’s InterHigh a notice via email to contact@kingsinterhigh.co.uk
Rolling contract – Withdrawal
You can withdraw the student from King’s InterHigh on a rolling contract at the end of a half term (6 x half terms in an academic year), as long the withdrawal is sent in writing before the last day of the current half term. If you want to terminate the Agreement, please send King’s InterHigh a notice via email to contact@kingsinterhigh.co.uk
King’s InterHigh is a non-selective school. As such, we are open to all learners and we do not require any entry tests. However, students must be fluent in English writing, reading, and speaking to study with us.

The enrolment process will take a minimum of 48 hours to complete and depending on the time of year it can take up to 2 weeks. This timeframe is based on how quickly you submit all required documents and fees and whether you enrol during peak season. As such, we recommend registering at least one – two weeks before your intended start date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free trial period in line with our Safeguarding policies. However, if you were looking for a flexible option, we recommend joining us on our Rolling contract. This contract lets you enrol on a half-termly basis; you can withdraw from the school during any half-term you have paid for. As part of the process, you will select a timetable (UK, Middle East or Asia Pacific time zones), select subjects, and choose a contract type. Upon completion of the form, you will receive your login information instantly via email. After you have paid the registration fee (£100) and uploaded the required documents, our team will send you an electronic contract to sign, along with relevant payment information.
Once enrolment is complete, we will build your student’s timetable and begin the induction process.

Yes, we do offer a referral programme for current families.
If you currently have a student enrolled at King’s InterHigh and you refer another family to us, you are eligible to receive a thank you credit of £250 when the family enrols on an Annual Contract. This £250 credit will be applied to your King’s InterHigh account.
To receive the referral credit, the family of the student you have referred can fill out this brief form. Alternatively, ask the family of the student you referred to contact us at accounts@inspiredonlineschools.com, stating the name of the referee. Referral awards are capped at 50% of the fees paid in any one year and are issued at King’s InterHigh’s discretion.

Typically, students can enrol in a year group one year above or below their age. If you want to enrol your child in a school year more than one year above or below their age, please complete the ‘Out of Year study’ form here: [link]. It is possible to join us in Year 11. However, as our IGCSEs are two-year courses, we highly recommend that students join us in Year 10.
Students who join in Year 11 and have not previously studied through our IGCSE exam boards will need to review any missed content and work independently to prepare for their examinations. We will provide access to all Year 10 lesson resources except recordings.

IGCSEs are accepted across the UK, so your child is welcome to sit A Levels at another Sixth Form or college. Prior to IGCSEs in Year 10, students follow the National Curriculum for England, which does not issue any official certificates or qualifications. We can, however, provide a letter or registration to confirm the level and duration of your child’s study. Full academic reports are also available on our digital platform.
Unless otherwise requested, your child will be placed in the year group intended for their age. Our school system is flexible, so we are happy to accommodate students who need to move up or down a year. Teachers can also differentiate work for students within the same year group to ensure every learner is adequately supported or challenged.

To enrol, you will need to provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport. You will also need to provide proof of address. This can be in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last 3 months. Alternatively, you may provide a copy of your driving licence or council tax bill.
